Day 40 Tesla Ruby Service Tesla Style

Ruby went in to Tesla Service for the first time today to address a few issues:
1. Auto present fails and car does not shut down or lock up properly.
2. False readings of objects on front right of car.
3. Seal on left Falcon Wing door glass ugly and not on properly.
4. Trunk closes with funny noise.
5. Key fobs don't change profile for appropriate driver.
6. Is cabin overheat protection working properly?

While Ruby was with Tesla, Johnny and I had the pleasure of having a sapphire blue Model S as a loaner car. I'm afraid we sounded a bit too picky in the video. We really enjoyed riding in and driving the car. It's just that we have gotten used to the automatic doors on the X and how easy it is to get in and out because of them and the added height of the X. Let's say that today was a lesson in validation that we did the right thing getting an X instead of an S.

Sapphire was brand new with only 2500 miles on him. We treated him just like we treat Ruby parking far away to protect the doors from dings.

Johnny and I had a great time walking around Southpoint Mall looking at all the things that interest us:
Crocs Store
A toy store
Bath and Body Works
Soho Kiosk
Microsoft Store
Apple Store
Lightyears jewelry store

Tesla got back to me by 2pm just like they said they would. I'm so appreciative. Turns out they needed to order some parts, and I'll need to bring Ruby back in a week or so. They'll call to schedule.

1. Auto present fails and car does not shut down or lock up properly.
    Could not recreate.
2. False readings of objects on front right of car.
    Replacing 3 sensors.
3. Seal on left Falcon Wing door glass ugly and not on properly.
    Replace seal.
4. Trunk closes with funny noise.
    Replace strut.
5. Key fobs don't change profile for appropriate driver.
Coming in a firmware update soon.
6. Is cabin overheat protection working properly?
    Yes.

Johnny and I paid a little bit of Pokemon Go on the way home. I failed to get another Articuno.  Bummer.

We also went to Tae Kwon Do. I have a time lapse at the very end. I think it's a neat study in time lapse action. I end up having to slow it down. I should probably add more frames per second too.
