Day 126 Tesla Ruby The EV Ambassador

The crescent moon and Venus were beautiful in the early morning sky on our drive to school today.

The boys looked handsome in their well dressed Wednesday clothes.

After I dropped the boys off at school, I went to the chiropractor and then to the Raleigh Supercharger at North Hills behind Target to check on the construction efforts.  There was definitely progress since my visit last week, and there were workers there working on the transformer.

I went back home and picked up Don and then we went to the NC State Electric Vehicle Show on Centennial Campus. The show was supposed to last for 90 minutes, but we were there for more like 2 hours. How exhilarating it was to talk to so many interested people...students and professors alike. It really took the efforts of both me and Don to answer all the questions. There was no downtime. I made an effort to break away to see all the cars there and grab a quick video. We saw a few cars and owners that had made it to the drive electric week.

Most everyone was respectful of Ruby and fun to talk to. Don and I would love to do another event like this one sometime.

We also stopped at a mural near Avent Ferry Road and Western Blvd.

After we grabbed the boys at school, we came home to do homework, fix hamburgers, and practice Tae Kwon Do.
