What a rainy day! Don and I went to Whole Foods. He didn't know I was picking up his birthday cake (birthday is tomorrow). He wondered why we just didn't get some chicken wings from Harris Teeter LOL. We had a good time up there. He talked me into Maple Bacon potato chips and some cocktail shrimp as well as the chicken wings. I did most of my weekly shopping too so Tuesday there won't be much to get.
Don kept me dry with the big colorful umbrella. I filmed Sunset Lake as we went past. We also passed a Model X.
Back at home, I did my bird count and was excited to spot a Ruby Crowned Kinglet today.
Despite plans, I still ended up in the kitchen for the start of the game...sigh. I was done with my chili around 6:45pm so didn't miss too much. We had a lot of food and didn't end up eating much chili after chips and cheese sauce, cocktail shrimp, and wings...very hot wings,
The boys will be home one more day tomorrow. Joey is still horribly congested. His appetite is just fine, though. Johnny is still not very energetic and fighting a headache.
