Tuesdays are usually shopping days with Michelle, and we hit Guardian Angel Thrift Fuquay and Guardian Angel Thrift Apex. Guardian Angel has been open for over 15 years, and they are a nonprofit collecting money for Alzheimer's research and respite care in North Carolina. Michelle and I love to hunt bargains and treasure. Many of our housewares and clothes not to mention jewelry come from there. What we don't buy, we enjoy looking at cute items.
Yesterday we had lunch at Chili's in Holly Springs. We try to go to unique restaurants every week, but we just weren't feeling exotic yesterday.
Our farm order gets delivered to Whole Foods on Tuesday afternoons, so Tuesday is also shopping at Whole Foods day.
The guys always help me in with the groceries when I get home, and then I often collapse.
