Today was help Michelle learn how to use the Instant Pot Day. First, I helped her make oreo cheesecake, and then I helped her prep beef stew to finish cooking and serve her family later in the day. She did great, and I'm sure she can be successful with the Instant Pot on her own on the future. We enjoyed our quick trip to the store for beef stew ingredients as well as picking up Johnny from school and going to Cracker Barrel with him.

Meanwhile, Don and Kyle are driving from Austin to a surprise location.. Watch the video to figure out where that is;-) The boys are taking a more Northerly route home and definitely planning on taking two days and getting a hotel overnight...plus their surprise stop.
