We were very relieved this morning to hear from family in FL that they didn't have any serious issues from hurricane Irma. They don't have power, but other than that, they are fine. Don's brother is north of Tampa, and his sister is NE of Tampe. Let's hope the power is not out too long.
It was dark and damp here today. There was a rustle in the leaves. We are only expecting an inch or so of rain and a bit of breeze through Tuesday midday.
I got my Lego Mindstorms EV3 robot working in the Formula One configuration with the infrared sensor and remote. The first robotics meeting at WYMLA is Thursday after school. I'm excited and ready to go work with the kids.
Johnny was basically too tired to do his homework. He went to Tae Kwon Do with me and Joey but was just out of it. Poor kid. They did start teaching Joey and I our 5th form...Taeguk 5 Oh Jang. Just to learn new and not forget what we already know.
