Amazingly, we all got up at 5:30am with no problem. I got the kids dropped off at school without any issues, but there was a lot of excitement in the air over the potential of Raleigh receiving it's first snowfall of the winter. Sometimes we don't get any snow at all, so it's big news for us. I headed home to try to get some of our outdoor Christmas decorations inside. Inflatables don't work well in the snow LOL. I also took Panther to the vet for his yearly shots. Next thing I knew, Wake County was closing school two hours early. I had to turn around and go get the boys at 11:30 instead of 1:30. Johnny and I played with the Lego Power Functions some more. It seemed like we waited on the snow for forever, but finally around 9PM we got a good dusting. Schools are closed here tomorrow.
